高位钻孔在上隅角瓦斯治理中的应用

Application of gas drainage technology by high-position drilling for upper corner gas control

摘要:

文章论述了宝轮院煤矿18201工作面瓦斯抽采的必要性,结合其采煤工艺和煤层赋存及顶板类型等情况,分析确定了高位钻孔瓦斯抽放的参数,在宝轮院煤矿18201工作面进行了应用实践,结果表明:在使用高位钻孔进行瓦斯抽放的3月至7月,高位钻孔瓦斯抽放的瓦斯量为1.75~3.39m3/min,而风排瓦斯量为1.46~2.224 m3/min,风量从3月份的1030 m3/min下降到7月份的790m3/min。瓦斯抽放纯量平均为2.09 m3/min,抽放浓度平均为13.8 m3/min,平均抽放率为50.6%,上隅角瓦斯浓度从三月份的1.35%下降到7月份的0.53%。解决了上隅角瓦斯超限的问题。

Abstract:

This paper analyzed and stated the necessity of the gas drainage and control for NO 18201 coal mining face in Baolunyuan mine. Combined with its coal mining technology,certain conditions and Roof type of coal mining face ,Analysis to determine the parameters of high drilling. Practice for application in NO 18201 coal mining face in Baolunyuan mine,The results showed that:After using high drilling for gas drainage the amount of gas drainage is 1.75 ~ 3.39m 3 / min after the use of this technology.The amount of ventilation air methane is 1.46~2.224 m3/min,The Quantity of Air Current declined from 1030 m3/min in march to 790m3/min in July.The average amount of gas drainage is 2.09 m3/min. The average amount of gas consistence is 13.8 m3/min,The average amount of gas drainage ratio reaches 50.6% , gas consistence at the upper corners declined from 1.35% in march to 0.53% in July,To solve the problem of gas transfinite in upper corner.
